Abstract

Статья представляет концепцию геомагнитно-термической синергии (ГТС) для понимания триггеров инсультов. Ключевая идея ГТС - синергия факторов, вызывающая нарушение мозгового кровотока: влияния геомагнитной активности (ГМА) (нарушение вегетативной регуляции, вазоспазм) и экстремальных температур (вазоконстрикция/вазодилатация, активация симпатоадреналовой системы) тромбообразование и повреждение эндотелия на церебральную гемодинамику, Эпидемиологические данные подтверждают рост риска инсультов при сочетании высокой ГМА и резких температурных перепадов. Предложены рекомендации: разработка индексов риска для прогнозирования, персонализированная профилактика и поиск фармакологических протекторов. Концепция интегрирует данные геофизики, метеорологии и неврологии для снижения глобального бремени инсультов через экологическую медицину.
