Ushbu maqolada gipoterioz tashxisi qo‘yilgan fertil yoshdagi ayollarda psixoemotsional va kognitiv buzilishlar darajasi hamda ularni tuzatishda kognitiv-bihevioral terapiya (KBT) samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotga 90 nafar gipoteriozli ayol (o‘rtacha yosh 34,8 ± 8,7 yil) va 40 nafar sog‘lom ayol nazorat guruhi sifatida jalb qilindi. Psixoemotsional holat PHQ-9, so‘rovnomasi yordamida baholandi. Dastlabki tahlillarda gipoteriozli ayollarda o‘rta darajali depressiya 57,8%, yengil daraja 31,1% va og‘ir daraja 11,1% hollarda qayd etildi (p<0,05). KBT kursidan so‘ng depressiya darajalarida sezilarli pasayish (p<0,01) kuzatildi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, KBT gipoteriozli ayollarning psixik salomatligini va hayot sifatini yaxshilashda samarali psixokorreksion yondashuv hisoblanadi.
