MORBIDITY STUDY AND COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF RISK FACTORS FOR NURSES IN THE SURGICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL CENTER

Ushbu maqola shoshilinch tibbiy yordam markazi jarrohlik bo’limlari hamshiralari kasallanishining ba’zi xususiyatlari va xususiyatlarini har tomonlama tahlil qilishga bag’ishlangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko’ra, hamshiralarning yoshi va ish tajribasi oshishi bilan kasallanishning umumiy darajasi oshadi va kasallanish tarkibi o’zgaradi. Ishlab chiqilgan prognostik jadvalni qo’llash har bir aniq holatda patologik xavf ehtimolini baholashga yordam beradi. Hamshiralarning sog’lig’i ko’rsatkichlarini o’z vaqtida tahlil qilish va baholash, zarur individual va guruhli tibbiy, ijtimoiy va terapevtik tadbirlarni o’tkazish hamshiralarning kasallanishini kamaytirishga va ulardan tibbiy muassasada oqilona foydalanishga va tibbiy yordam sifatini oshirishga yordam beradi.
