Abstrak

Sog‘liqni saqlash tashkilotlarida ziddiyatlar resurs tanqisligi, kasbiy rollarning tutashishi, ierarxik boshqaruv, tez o‘zgarayotgan raqamli muhit va yuqori emotsional yuklamalar kesishgan nuqtada yuzaga keladi. Ushbu maqola sog‘liqni saqlash menejmentida ziddiyatla rning manbalari va turlari (shaxsiy, shaxslararo, guruhlararo; vazifaviy, qadriyatga oid,  jarayoniy)ni tizimli tahlil qiladi hamda ularni boshqarishning amaliy yondashuvlarini taklif etadi: erta aniqlash indikatorlari, manfaatga yo‘naltirilgan muzokara, vositachilik (mediasiya), “Just Culture” tamoyillari, de-eskalatsiya protokollari, klinik debrifing va etik komissiyalar bilan integratsiya. Raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida (EHR/EMR, telemeditsina, navbatchilikni rejalash algoritmlari, AI-ga asoslangan qaror qo‘llab-quvvatlash) paydo bo‘ladigan yangi ziddiyat o‘choqlari uchun shaffoflik, adolat, izohlanuvchanlik va benefisentlik mezonlariga asoslangan boshqaruv modeli taklif etiladi. Uch realistik holat bo‘yicha qisqa keystadilar, 90 kunlik joriy etish yo‘l xaritasi va mezonlar to‘plami (SLA bo‘yicha “time-to-resolution”, shikoyatlar koeffitsiyenti, eNPS, HCAHPSga o‘xshash qoniqish indekslari) beriladi. Natijada menejerlar uchun amaliy, o‘lchanadigan va emotsional farovonlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi konflikt-boshqaruv ekotizimini yaratish bo‘yicha yo‘riqnoma taqdim etiladi
