Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqotda temir (Fe) mikroelementozining oq zotsiz kalamushlarning qalqonsimon bez tuzilmasiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Eksperimental guruhdagi hayvonlarda qon tomirlarining devor qalinlashuvi, perivaskulyar fibroz jarayonlar, follikulalar diametrining o‘zgarishi va kollagen tolalarining ko‘payishi kuzatildi. Morfometrik tahlillar follikulyar epiteliy balandligi va kapillyar diametrining ishonarli darajada kamayishini, follikula yuzasining torayishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu o‘zgarishlar temir yetishmovchiligi fonida mikrosirkulyator tizim va stromal komponentlar disbalansini aks ettiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari Fe homeostazining qalqonsimon bezdagi morfofunksional holatni saqlashdagi ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
