Abstrak

Mazkur tadqiqotda 70 nafar o‘tkir respirator infeksiya simptomlari bilan shifoxonaga yotqizilgan bolalarda polimer zanjir reaksiyasi (PZR) yordamida etiologik agentlar aniqlanishi o‘rganildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, 21 (30,0%) bolada virus aniqlanib, monoinfeksiya 14 (20,0%), miksinfeksiya esa 7 (10,0%) hollarda kuzatildi. Eng ko‘p aniqlangan viruslar bocavirus va metapnevmo­viruslar bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot PZR diagnostikaning bolalar amaliyotida muhimligini tasdiqlaydi.
