БУРУН ТЎСИГИ ТРАВМАЛАРИ ФОНИДА РИВОЖЛАНГАН ПОЛИПОЗ РИНОСИНУСИТДА БАЗАЛ МЕМБРАНА ЎЗГАРИШЛАРИНИНГ ЁШГА ДОИР ТАҲЛИЛИ

Ушбу тадқиқотда бурин тўсиги травмаларидан кейин ривожланган полипоз риносинуситнинг морфологик ва иммуногистокимёвий хусусиятлари, айниқса базал мембранадаги ёшга доир ўзгаришлар таҳлил қилинди. Полип тўқималаридаги эпителий архитектураси, фиброз даражаси, стромалга нейтрофил ва эозинофил инфильтрацияси Ван Гизон, Гематоксилин-эозин ва махсус иммуномаркерлар ёрдамида баҳоланди. Ёш гуруҳлари ўртасида базал мембрананинг қалинлашуви, коллаген типлари ўртасидаги нисбат ўзгариши ва зарарланган эпителий қисмларида сезиларли фарқланиши аниқланди. Катта ёшдаги беморларда фиброз ўзгаришлар устунлик қилса, ёшларда юқори даражадаги ҳужайравий инфильтрация кузатилди. Ушбу натижалар посттравматик полипоз риносинусит патогенезида ёш омилининг аҳамияти катта эканлигини кўрсатади ва даволаш тактикаларини индивидуаллаштиришда муҳим клиник мезон бўлиши мумкин.
