Abstract

Kasallik rivojlanishining prognostik belgilarini aniqlash bilan OIV infektsiyasining klinik bosqichiga, virus yuki darajasiga va CD4+ limfotsitlar soniga qarab, ichak mikrobiotasining taksonomik tarkibi va funktsional faolligidagi o'zgarishlar qonuniyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. 2023-yilning yanvaridan 2024-yilning dekabrigacha tasdiqlangan OIV infeksiyasi boʻlgan 347 nafar bemor va 78 nafar sogʻlom koʻngillilar ishtirokida istiqbolli kohort tadqiqoti oʻtkazildi. Mikrobiotaning taksonomik tahlili 16S rRNK geni platformasida viSeq bilan Illumina yuklanishini aniqlash orqali V3-V4 oʻzgaruvchan hududlarini yuqori oʻtkazuvchanlik sekvensiyasi orqali amalga oshirildi. oqim sitometriyasi yordamida CD4+ limfotsitlarini hisoblash. OIV infektsiyasining kuchayishi natijasida mikroblar boyligining progressiv pasayishi aniqlandi, Shannon indeksi nazoratda 4,12±0,34 dan terminal bosqichida 1,94±0,29 gacha pasaydi. Mikrobiota xilma-xilligi va virus yuki o'rtasida kuchli salbiy korrelyatsiya va CD4 + hujayralari soni bilan ijobiy korrelyatsiya o'rnatildi. Proteobakteriyalarning nisbiy ko'rinishi 8,1% dan 41,7% gacha oshdi, Firmicutes ulushi esa kasallikning rivojlanishi bilan 68,4% dan 34,2% gacha kamaydi. OIV infektsiyasining rivojlanishi tabiiy ravishda CD4+ hujayra darajasida 200/mkl dan past bo'lgan mikrobiologik xilma-xillikning keskin pasayishi bilan og'ir disbiyozning shakllanishi bilan birga keladi, bu mikrobiologik ko'rsatkichlardan kasallikning qo'shimcha prognostik biomarkerlari sifatida foydalanish imkonini beradi.
