Bariatrik jarrohlik og‘ir semizlikni davolashda samarali usul bo‘lishiga qaramay, operatsiyadan keyingi davrda metabolik va gematologik o‘zgarishlar rivojlanishi mumkin. Ushbu o‘zgarishlar ko‘pincha klinik belgilar paydo bo‘lishidan oldin laborator ko‘rsatkichlar darajasida aniqlanadi. Ayniqsa eritrotsitar indekslarning dinamikasi mikrotsitar va gipoxrom anemiya shakllanishining erta belgilarini baholashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
Mazkur tadqiqot bariatrik jarrohlikdan so‘ng gematologik ko‘rsatkichlarning o‘zgarishini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot Xorazm viloyati Urganch shahrida joylashgan Surgeland klinikasida 2025-yilda bariatrik jarrohlik amaliyoti o‘tkazilgan 120 nafar bemorni qamrab oldi. Barcha bemorlarda umumiy qon tahlillari jarrohlikdan oldin va jarrohlikdan keyin bir xil sharoitlarda o‘tkazildi. Gemoglobin, gematokrit, eritrotsit rang ko‘rsatkichi, o‘rtacha eritrotsit hajmi, eritrotsitdagi gemoglobinning o‘rtacha miqdori hamda eritrotsitlar o‘lchamlarining taqsimlanish kengligi ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi.
Olingan natijalar bariatrik jarrohlikdan keyingi davrda eritrotsitar indekslar darajasida muhim o‘zgarishlar yuzaga kelishini ko‘rsatadi hamda mikrotsitar tendensiyalarni erta aniqlashda laborator monitoringning ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
