Urogenital etiologiyali reaktiv artrit ko‘pincha xlamidiyali infeksiya natijasida rivojlanadigan bo‘g‘imlarning yallig‘lanish kasalligidir. Kasallikning erta tashxisi klinik belgilarining xilma-xilligi va yashirin kechishi tufayli murakkabdir. Tadqiqotda 100 bemor ishtirok etdi: 50 nafari reaktiv artritli asosiy guruhga, 50 nafari nazorat guruhiga kiritildi. Klinik, laborator, molekulyar-genetik va immunologik usullar, jumladan, urogenital patogenlarni aniqlash uchun PZR diagnostikasi hamda HLA-B27 antigenini aniqlash qo‘llanildi. Asosiy guruh bemorlarining 70 foizida urogenital infeksiya, 42 foizida esa HLA-B27 antigeni aniqlanib, bu belgining kasallikning og‘ir va surunkali kechishi bilan bog‘liqligi kuzatildi. Olingan natijalar PZR va immunogenetik tekshiruvlarni birgalikda qo‘llashning diagnostik va prognostik ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi. Ushbu usullarni amaliy sog‘liqni saqlash tizimiga joriy etish reaktiv artritni erta aniqlash aniqligini oshiradi va davolash yondashuvini individuallashtirishga imkon beradi.
